Standard editions
Unopened standard editions can be returned within the window stated on your invoice, in original condition.
Personalized editions
Because personalized books are printed uniquely for you, they cannot be returned for a change of mind. Printing errors, damage in transit and mistakes on our side are replaced free of charge.
How to request
Contact us with your order number and photographs of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
